Peter Mazzei
Président
Peter has 35 years of financial services experience in Canada, most recently serving as Chief Risk Officer at Pivotal Capital Corp. Prior to joining Pivotal, Peter held progressively more challenging and senior roles in Credit and Sales with leading financial corporations in Canada, including TD, CIT, Wells Fargo, and CWB National Leasing. Peter has an extremely rare skillset that combines a pro-business vision with extensive Credit and Sales experience in equipment financing.

Bruce Moffat
Vice President & General Manager
En tant que vice-président et directeur général de Pivotal Capital Corp, Bruce est un spécialiste chevronné de la création de billets intermédiaires avec 22 ans d'expérience dans le financement et la location d'équipement. Son objectif principal est de constituer des équipes de vente de transport et de construction dotées de capacités dans les espaces directs et des fournisseurs.

Etienne Ricard
Vice President, Capital Markets
Etienne joined Pivotal as VP Capital Markets with over 15 years of experience in the equipment financing industry. Prior to joining the team, Etienne held various roles of increasing responsibility in Capital Markets notably at GE Capital and Wells Fargo. Etienne has proven track record in loans & leases structuring and syndication in the mid-market sector. His comprehensive experience allows him to provide custom solutions to the customer’s unique needs. Etienne holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Administration from Sherbrooke University and has a CFA designation.

Jacques Beauchamp
Jacques apporte à Pivotal plus de 35 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie du financement d'équipement du Québec. Son objectif est de faire croître le marché québécois grâce à ses contacts bien établis dans les segments du transport, de la construction et de la fabrication. Jacques est titulaire d'un MBA et a travaillé pour plusieurs banques, le plus récemment au poste de responsable du Québec pour Element-ECN.

Matthew Bellai
Vice President Sales, Western Canada
Matt joins Pivotal with 14 years of Equipment finance experience, having worked for such notable companies as GE Capital and ECN Capital. A Certified Public Accountant based in our Calgary office, he understands how to structure the right finance option for his clients and vendors so they can get their equipment to work quickly and cost effectively. A key member of the Senior Leadership Team, Matt’s role as VP Sales for Western Canada includes hiring and managing top-performing salespeople as well as driving direct originations throughout Alberta.

Tony Chieco
Tony a plus de 26 ans d’excellence dans le domaine des services financiers. Robin Bell
Senior Credit Analyst
Robin Joins Pivotal as a Senior Credit Analyst. Prior to joining Pivotal, Robin’s early work experience was a serial entrepreneur working in as owner, investor, and consultant until returning to school to earn Master of Business Administration Degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Upon graduating, Robin held various roles in Credit of increasing responsibilities in leading financial corporations, including CIBC, TD as well as Toyota Industries Commercial Credit Canada.

Marcia Bryan
Directeur, Opérations
Marcy has over 25 years in the equipment financing industry, working in all areas from contract origination, syndication, and assignment business to portfolio management. Marcy has spent all her career on the operations side of the business and in her previous roles has played a key part when acquiring new systems as the book of record and was instrumental in creating policies and procedures. As Pivotal’s Director of Operations she will continue to use her knowledge to develop and build Pivotal’s operations team, streamlining policies and procedures to ensure our customers receive the best service in the industry.

Jay Chen
Jay brings over 15 years of equipment leasing credit experience to his role as Senior Credit Analyst at Pivotal. Jay thrives in a fast-paced environment, having held various senior credit roles at Coast Capital and Element/ECN Financial prior to joining Pivotal. Jay works closely with the sales and documentation team and his ‘get it done’ attitude helps ensure a positive experience for both the clients and our team.

Lisa Landry
Spécialiste du Soutien des Ventes
Lisa est entrée à Pivotal en qualité de spécialiste du soutien des ventes, ayant accumulé 25 ans d’expérience dans le secteur financier du crédit-bail. Grâce à son style de communication clair et à sa vaste expérience du crédit-bail, Lisa est capable de travailler rapidement et de repérer et résoudre facilement les problèmes. Avant de rejoindre Pivotal, Lisa a rempli des fonctions de soutien des ventes, de préparation de la documentation et de service à la clientèle chez ECN Financial Inc, AT&T Capital, Maxium Financial et Wells Fargo.

Sara Porter
Sara joins Pivotal as Director of Third Party Originations with over 15 years experience in the equipment finance industry. She is well known for her passion, integrity and “get it done” work ethic making her a great match for the Pivotal and Axis Financing team as well as within the equipment finance community and as such, cultivates strong, lasting relationships with Referral Partners from Coast to Coast. Sara’s primary focus is growing the referral partner business and relationships at Pivotal in providing a level of service that her referral partners have come to know, expect, and deserve.

David Watts
Spécialiste du Soutien des Ventes
David joins Pivotal as a Sales Support Specialist with over 25 years of experience within the Equipment Finance Industry, largely in the roles of documentation and funding along with PPSA Administration and PPSA Department Management. Prior to Joining Pivotal, David held positions in Fleet leasing at Triathlon at GE followed by Newcourt, CIT, ECN and most recently as a Dealer Account Specialist with Volvo Financial Services.

Chris Ford
Account Executive, SW Ontario
Chris travaille dans la banque et le financement d'équipement depuis près de 40 ans, plus récemment chez ECN Capital. Chris a passé 22 ans chez Little Bros. Leasing dans des rôles de vente et de gestion. Il est ensuite passé à Nexcap lorsqu'ils ont acquis Little Bros. et ont rejoint Element Financial (plus tard ECN) lors de leur achat de Nexcap en 2013. En plus de son rôle de vente chez Element / ECN, Chris a administré un portefeuille de courtiers dans l'Ouest canadien et a passé neuf mois dans le département de crédit. La principale force de Chris est d’établir la confiance et les relations avec ses clients.

Nurdan Kiper

Nurdan joins Pivotal as an Account Manager. With numerous years of experience in customer service and sales, she can understand and attend to client’s needs while maintaining positive and genuine connections. Nurdan holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Toronto with a background of Politics, Law, and Psychology.

Scott Little

Scott brings nearly 25 years of experience in the financial field with him. Starting out at the family’s boutique finance shop, he has worked at several high profile companies such as Element and ECN. He specializes in the transportation side, and has now moved in to medical and construction. Scott has a passion for this business and takes great pleasure in working with such an elite group of professionals.

Bonnie Looby

Prior to joining Pivotal Capital Bonnie held the position of Business Manager-F&I at the largest Freightliner/Western Star heavy truck dealership in Ontario for 14+ years. With over 25 years experience in financial services, Bonnie has a proven track record of financing equipment in the transportation, manufacturing, and construction industries. Earlier experience includes equipment financing with two chartered banks and Operations Manager at a heavy truck dealership. Bonnie’s vast experience along with the team at Pivotal will ensure customer’s expectations are consistently exceeded. Bonnie has an Honors Diploma in Business Administration from Sheridan College and has taken subsequent credit analyst studies from University of British Columbia.

Oxana Petrenko

Oxana has over 16 years of experience in the financial service industry. She gained expertise dealing with financial planning, investments, and mortgages in the banking industry. In addition to that since 2019 she has been specializing in providing equipment lease-financing solutions to a wide variety of customers across Canada. She focuses primarily on helping clients to find right solutions that meet their financial needs. Her business has been built primarily from referrals from satisfied clients and referral sources. Oxana holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree from Academy of Technology and Management, Ukraine. She also has a FMA designation.
