Steven has over 20 years of finance and operations management experience in the leasing industry. Prior to Pivotal, Steven spent 5 years as SVP Finance and General Manager at Capital Underwriters, before it was acquired by TD Bank. Steven began his leasing career with Newcourt Credit Group where he was significantly involved in financial reporting, business acquisition and integration in Canada and the U.S. Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and a CPA designation.

As Co-Founder, VP & General Manager of Pivotal Capital Corp, Bruce is a seasoned mid-ticket originations specialist with 22 years of experience in Equipment Financing and Leasing. His primary focus is building Transportation and Construction sales teams with capabilities in both direct and vendor spaces.
Tony brings over 26 years of financial service excellence to Pivotal Capital Corp. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent customer service and knowledge of equipment are just a few factors that have contributed to his success over the many years in the Transportation & Construction industries.
Peter has nearly 30 years of financial services experience in Canada, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Credit at ECN Capital and Element Financial. Peter has an extremely rare skill set that combines extensive Credit and Sales experience in equipment financing with a pro-business vision.
Vice President, General Manager Quebec
Jacques brings over 35 years of experience in the Quebec equipment finance industry to Pivotal. His mandate is to grow the Quebec market through his long-established contacts in the transportation, construction and manufacturing segments. Jacques holds an MBA and has worked for several banks with his most recent position managing Quebec for Element-ECN.
Co-Founder and VP Capital Markets
As Co-Founder and VP Capital Markets of Pivotal Capital Corp, Scott has over 30 years of experience in equipment finance, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets with Element/ECN, managing business syndicated through various institutional partners as well as generating indirect origination’s.
John joins Pivotal with over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. He has worked in all areas of equipment finance from origination to asset remarketing but has spent most of his career managing operations and portfolio services. He will use that experience to help develop and build Pivotal’s systems and processes to better service our clients and partners.
Account Executive, Edmonton
Tammy has over 15 years in the finance industry in Western Canada. Prior to Pivotal she spent 7 years as the Commercial Finance Manager for a large International Dealership Group where she managed the finance office of 4 dealerships in Alberta, Saskatchewan and BC. Tammy was also Finance Territory Manager with Finning for the Peace Region. Well versed in transportation and heavy equipment financing, she also has strong ties to the construction industry and personal experience in the oil and gas sector. Tammy also has connections to the health and beauty industry as a red seal Journeyman.
Account Executive, Western Ontario
Fred has been in sales his entire career. He started with a manufacturer of construction equipment and quickly grew the dealer network across North America. Fred then moved into equipment financing and was most recently focusing on the transportation, construction and health/beauty industries in western Ontario.
Co-Founder and Account Executive
As Co-Founder and Account Executive of Pivotal Capital Corp, Scott brings 21 years of experience in the finance and leasing business. He started out at Little Bros Leasing Ltd, a boutique family-owned leasing company specializing in trailers. He moved forward to Nexcap when they acquired Little Bros which eventually became part of Element Financial.

Brent has been in the transportation business for over 30 years, based in Northern Ontario. He is a seasoned professional working the past 16 years in commercial financing, specialized in mid-ticket originations. His primary focus is building Transportation and Construction volumes, exceeding goals year after year.

Jasjit has been in the Canadian Transportation & Construction industries for three years, following eight years in Construction in Ludhiana, India. His strong work ethic, pro-active customer service and equipment knowledge makes him a strong advocate for his customers. Jasjit brings a wealth of education to Pivotal, including his Bachelor of Engineering and MBA, as well diverse experience earned through acquiring his AZ driver’s license.

Maxime is an Account Executive in the Quebec region. As an entrepreneur for the past 15 years he has become skilled at effectively communicating with his clients and understanding their needs. Maxime is well known in his community for providing outstanding service, prioritizing turnaround time and for his dedication to his clients.
Account Executive, GTA
Chris has been in the Banking, Finance and Leasing business for 45 years, most recently with ECN Capital. Early in his career, Chris worked in the banking business which led him to the Finance and Leasing industry. For 22 years Chris worked with Little Bros. Leasing Limited in a sales and management role. He then transitioned to Nexcap when they acquired the Little Bros. portfolio, and then joined Element upon their purchase of Nexcap in 2013.
Sales Support Specialist
Lisa joins Pivotal as a Sales Support Specialist, bringing with her 25 years of experience in the lease financial sector. Lisa’s clear communication style and broad leasing experience allows her to organize quickly, provide fast turnaround, and to identify and solve problems. Prior to joining Pivotal, Lisa held positions in sales support, documentation, and senior customer service with ECN Financial Inc, AT&T Capital, Maxium Financial, and Wells Fargo.
